In 2024 contour556 returned for the 5th edition as Canberra Art Biennial.

The Biennial presents contemporary mixed media artworks in the designed landscape of Canberra. We present public art on the unceded lands of the Ngunnawal, Ngunawal and Ngambri peoples. We acknowledge that the city and wider landscape we know as Canberra, has always been a meeting place for the sharing of culture and knowledge by one of the oldest continuing cultures.
