About the work

We are on Ngunnawal Country is a project that explores cultural burning, political activism and landscape planting. The supa-graphic is a simple gesture to start an open dialogue around regimes of care and activist practices to create deeper possibilities.  The project will be a two-part installation, first the letters will be burnt into the ground with local burning practices and then seeded with native daisies, consisting of Billy Buttons (Pycnosorus globosus), Paper daisy (Xerochrysum bracteatum) and Pink and White Everlastings (Rhodanthe chlorocephala).
