Is this the path of love investigates the value of personal spaces and natural environments, future prospects and the art of repurposing. How do we navigate our place in times of rapid climatic change and impact on our home environments? By utilising the dynamic of natural and constructed elements this work mediates between a sense of vulnerability and strength and the constant flux between the two.

About the artist

S.A.Adair is a multi-disciplinary  artist who works predominantly with installation and spatial engagement. Her practice explores the psychological and internalised effect of the human experience and the conflict between urban and natural systems. Through time invested making processes Adair explores methods of abstraction to create organic structures that hint at the human/natural world matrix.

Adair’s practice sits ‘in between’ spaces oscillating between a two and three-dimensional construct, blurring boundaries to enable fluidity between disciplines and experimental making processes. She uses specific locations to initiate a dialogue between the work and the space it inhabits, creating responsive and immersive installations that reflect, amplify and interact with the existing environment.
